Conifer Vision reg.no. 559214-1211 (“Conifer”) is a Swedish company situated in Skellefteå that offers cloud based services for forest analysis.

2.         Acceptance of Terms

By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms of use as well as the agreed price for using the services. If you do not agree to these terms or price, please do not use our service.

3.       Service description

Conifers services allows customers to send or upload flight images of forests for various types of analysis using advanced algorithms to provide insights into the status and condition of the forest. Results are available online or thru other report or file formats. Conifer may use third party data and software to perform analysis and is solely responsible for that customer integrity and data is handled carefully and in compliance with guidelines. Please read our Privacy policy for more information on how we handle your data.

4.         Customer Responsibilities

Customers, and or their appointed representatives who are using the services on behalf of the customer, are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the images to our service and that the content of the images does not breach these rights and permissions. Customers and their representatives are also responsible for ensuring that the images are of sufficient quality for analysis. Conifer can at any time reject customer data and cancel analysis if it doesn’t follow these guidelines.

5.         Privacy

Conifer is responsible for that processing of personal data takes place in accordance with at any time applicable data protection legislation. Please read our Privacy policy for more information on how we handle your data.

6.         Intellectual Property

Conifer holds al rights including intellectual property rights to the analysis results including refined customer data uploaded to our service. Conifer can use all its data for internal and commercial purposes in compliance with Conifers Privacy policy. Customers may use the analysis results for internal purposes or purposes including relationships with affiliates including their own customers or suppliers for managing forests. Customers may not distribute or sell the results to other third parties without our consent.

7.         Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided on an “as is” basis and we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the analysis results we provide based on the customer data made available to us. We will not be liable for any damages arising from the direct or indirect use of our services by our customers and their affiliates. If you do not agree to these terms then do not use our service.

8.         Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time, for any reason and without notice.

9.         Governing Law

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or using Conifers services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
